I can't log in to my email account.

If you're having difficulty logging in to your email account, make sure you are entering your username in the correct format:
For the default (catchall) user - "user"
For other POP accounts - "user@domain.com" 
Essentially, the whole e-mail address is the username for additional POP accounts. The only POP account that does not use this format is the default POP account that is created when your account is created. The default (catchall) POP account uses the same username/password as your primary account username/password.
 We have seen some instances where certain mail clients do not like the @ symbol. In this case you should try the following formats:
